The cleaning of solid waste is the sole responsibility of the guest. If any damage occurs to the apartment, The guest will be notified by the hotel and the amount will be charged to their account according to the budget prepared by the third-party company indicated by the hotel, following the apartment's standard. We ask that dogs avoid persistent and continuous barking; we ask for cooperation, common sense and respect for other guests. It is not permitted to leave the animal alone. Pets are not permitted to circulate in the hotel's social areas, including the restaurant. Pets are only permitted to circulate in the social elevator if the animal is being transported in carriers/carrier bags or on the owner's lap. Animals are not allowed to climb on beds and furniture. The use of towels or other hotel materials for animal hygiene is prohibited. The owner of the animal must sign the liability waiver at the time of check-in.
